Popular Potion master, The Magician, has announced the full schedule for his eagerly anticipated Fall tour, which will seen the Belgian DJ & producer play 7 dates across the States this November.
Kicking off with a show at Philadelphia’s Concourse venue on November 1st, The Magician will play his residency show at Brooklyn’s fav club Output followed by Chicago, Denver, and Los Angeles, rounding off the tour with dates at Austin’s Ironwood Hall, and Audio in San Francisco on November 11th.
Garnering a reputation as a hugely enigmatic character, The Magician, aka Stephen Fasano, is best known for his huge hit ‘Shy’, and his melodic remix of Lykke Li’s ‘I Follow Rivers’ (130 million Spotify streams). Following recent releases ‘Las Vegas’, ‘Tied Up, ‘Love Break’ and ‘Build A Fire’ The Magician has started to flaunt a more mid tempo/urban tone to his work, adding: “I’ve been working in a lot of different studios, exploring different genres of music with some incredible people. The result of which has reignited my passion to make music, and inspired me to share more love and emotions through it.”
Playing a wealth of dates across summer 2018, with shows at Pacha and Ushuaia in Ibiza, The Magician also returned to Tomorrowland, hosting his own Potion stage in his native Belgium. Having first experienced mainstream success with his 2013 track ‘Sunlight’ featuring the vocals of Olly from Years & Years, The Magician has spent time cultivating his own live events, performing at a diverse range of clubs including Hï, Ushuaia and Amnesia in Ibiza.
Since launching his Potion label, he’s brought the event series to Ministry of Sound, London, Showcase in Paris, Exchange LA, Electric Brixton, New York’s Webster Hall and also featured at ADE, as part of both his very own Potion party, and ‘My House’ with Martin Solveig.
