THE LUNE ROUGE EXPERIENCE WORLD TOUR POWERED BY THE SOUND YOU NEED STARTS TODAY IN CHINA; NORTH AMERICAN LEG STARTS SEPTEMBER 15th

Los Angeles-based super producer TOKiMONSTA has announced her forthcoming album Lune Rouge will be released on October 6th via her own Young Art Records imprint. Today she shares the explosive new single, “We Love” featuring soul-searing vocals from MNDR, premiered earlier yesterday on Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 radio show. On Lune Rouge, her most personal body of work to date, TOKiMONSTA assembles an eclectic collection of moonlit music to soundtrack a supernatural safari in outer space. A hand-picked list of carefully curated collaborators includes Yuna, Joey Purp, Isaiah Rashad, MNDR, Selah Sue, Io Echo and more, all adding their own unique twist to a lane that TOKiMONSTA has created all for herself.

TOKiMONSTA hinted at the release of her upcoming album earlier this year with the release of the “Don’t Call Me” video and the announcement of the The Lune Rouge Experience powered by The Sound You Need, a whirlwind tour across the world through the end of October. The tour begins today, August 4th in Shanghai, China and winds across hemispheres, making stops at some of the world’s major music festivals including Reading & Leeds and Sunny Side Up and winding through Japan, China, Korea, UK, Australia and North America. The North American leg starts on September 15th in Portland, OR and ends at the Voodoo Music + Arts Experience festival in New Orleans on October 27th – full list of dates below.

TOKiMONSTA has been a champion of the issues women in the music industry face and has used her voice to help break barriers, straddling the line of revered music trendsetter and dance world entrepreneur, empowering both female and male fans in the process. Quickly becoming a festival mainstay and gaining critical acclaim along the way, TOKiMONSTA is poised for greatness with a distinct vision that cuts through the noise and delivers.
