K+Lab Releases ‘Smowk’ 100% Of Proceeds To Help Communities Affected By Australian Bushfires
My heart is with the Volunteers, Firefighters, Farmers, Animals and the people who have lost their lives and homes in the immense Australian bushfires. Today I’m trying to raise funds by releasing a track called “Smowk” 100% of sales will go to the National Bushfire Disaster Appeal, their focus is on the communities in need. I’ve set the track up as a $1 Bandcamp exclusive but you can pay more if you like, I appreciate your help. Much Love, – Caleb.

An ever-expanding galaxy of FUNK, K+Lab’s sound is always absorbing and incorporating a seemingly endless array of influences and vibes – the head-nod aesthetic of hip-hop, the futuristic techniques of Glitch-hop and the fury of drum n’ bass – all tied together by an orbital pull of all things funky.
ABOUT THE AUSTRALIAN BUSHFIRES
The devastating Australian bushfires have been burning for months and there’s no end in sight. They’ve taken the lives of citizens and firefighters, and they’ve destroyed hundreds of homes. They’ve forced entire towns to evacuate and live in shelters in one of the worst fire seasons in Australia’s history. Volunteer firefighters are working relentlessly to combat the flames, leaving their own families behind. – CNN WIRES
