Bear Grillz & Dion Timmer Drop Captivating Collab ‘Scumbag’ feat. Atarii via Dim Mak

In their menacing collaboration “Scumbag (feat. Atarii),” Bear Grillz and Dion Timmer stack razorblade synths and ground-thumping beats below Atarii’s relentless braggadocio to achieve a thunderous fusion of dubstep and trap.

Although “Scumbag” is Bear Grillz and Dion Timmer’s first official collaboration, the two have shared many festival lineups, and most recently performed together at Montreal’s Bass Ship 5. It was only a matter of time before they joined forces on a track of their own. Once “Scumbag” came together, the two producers locked in Atarii—the vocal star of Bear Grillz’s Ground Zero EP—to add some angst into the fold.

“Bear hit me up asking to do a tune and I asked him if he would want to flip this demo of mine,” Dion Timmer recalls. “The rest is history; he flipped it into a 2020 banger and got some powerful energetic lines from Atarii!”
