Klingande drops hour-long mix for Sole Fixtapes series

French melodic house pioneer Klingande has delivered a very special hour-long mix for Sole Bicycles as part of their famed Sole Fixtapes series.

A curated monthly mixtape series specially crafted by artists whose track selections represent the tunes that both inspire and move them, artists including Tensnake, Aeroplane, and RAC have previously taken to the Fixtapes helm, with Klingande’s own set proving both uplifting and high-tempo.

Marking the 63rd episode of the Fixtape Series, the French producers mix utilises a flurry of 2017’s biggest house hits, including MK’s summer anthem ‘17’, Jax Jones’ highly popular ‘Breathe’ and M-22’s ‘First Time.’

The mix follows Klingande’s 2016 track with the latter, ‘Somewhere New,’ and recent release ‘Pumped Up’, a vibrant reworking of Foster The People’s 2010 ‘Pumped Up Kicks.’

Famed for the enormous success of his breakthrough track ‘Jubel’ – with over 85 million streams on Spotify and almost 160M views on Youtube, Klingande spent much of last year touring, with a unique live experience that sees the house producer bring out musicians playing the guitar, violin, harmonica, drums, and saxophone in a series of stunning live shows.

With over 3.5 million combined plays, the Fixtape brand has become a highly reputable staple within the electronic music community, and you can check out the full Fixtape roster here.
