Gazzo & American Authors Team Up For Nostalgia-Fueled Dance Pop Anthem “Good Ol’ Boys” Out Now via Enhanced Music & Island Records

Gazzo, Los Angeles DJ/Producer/Remixer who conquered Hype Machine charts with his July release “Waterfall,” comes together with long-time friends and multi-platinum recording rock band American Authors for their collaboration, “Good Ol’ Boys.” The nostalgic Dance Pop single was premiered on Billboard and is avaiable via Enhanced Music in collaboration with Island Records on all digital platforms now.

The last time the two joined forces was when American Authors tapped Gazzo to remix their four-times platinum hit single “Best Day Of My Life” which achieved enormous success with over 40 million Spotify streams. From there, more sensational remixes came from the New Jersey native including that of Echosmith’s “Cool Kids” with Two Friends and Naughty Boy and Sam Smith’s “La La La” with White Panda, which together have amassed over 15 million streams. Beyond remixes, Gazzo has received the most attention for his radio-friendly Dance Pop songs. His single “What You Waiting For” featuring Sugarwhiskey has 8 million streams and was used in a T-Mobile commercial (first aired during the BBMA’s) as well as a Web Spot for the movie ‘Transformers: The Last Knight.’

From Nationally-televised appearances on Ellen, David Letterman and even the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade to massive festival performances at Lollapalooza, SXSW and Firefly, New York City rock band American Authors conquered the world with their 2014 album “Oh, What A Life,” which has over 300 million streams on Spotify. They’re now set to crossover into the Dance world with “Good Ol’ Boys.” As a tribute to friendship, the record’s artwork features actual photos of Gazzo, American Authors and their friends growing up.
